We are a K-6th Grade School Age Enrichment Program that works with the community and families to provide out-of-school care in a safe and engaging environment.

Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday

6:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Drop off before 7:45 am)

3:30 PM - 6:00 PM (Pick-up after 4:15 pm)

(1:30PM - 6:00PM on District Collaboration and Early Out Days  due to staffing Pick-up is still after 4:15 pm everday)


Camp Days K-6th @Sterling

Full Day: 7:00AM - 6:00PM

Half Day: 12:00-6:00pm


We do not offer Drop in Care.

K-6th Grade Program Fee 2024-25

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL

All weekly rates include Collaboration/Early-Out days. Which have been averaged out into a standard weekly fee.  All contracts will have a standard weekly fee for Before and Aftercare, even on weeks with less days.   


Registration Fee: Non refundable for all families

$15 per Child


Standard School Year Rates

  • AM: $36 per week
  • PM: $51 per week
  • AM/PM: $72 per week 


Financial Assistance: Childcare Assistance Program through the State of Missouri 
This is based household income and  is offered on a sliding fee. Here is the qualifying information for CCA. When you apply you will need current pay stubs, Childs SSN, tax information and DVN of the school you are enrolling in. Fees do not apply until we receive your acceptance letter. You are responsible for communicating with Family Care Division to get this financial support.

Your Childcare State Assistance support is based on your income and has a sliding scale. The state will only be paying part of what a standard rate is for Adventure Club. The remainder will be charged and invoiced to you weekly through your online account. 



 If you do not qualify for CCA, email CCA denial letter to adventureclub@warrensburgr6.org

If enrollment is sustainable, full days of enrichment could be offered Winter and Spring Break
