Maple grove adventure club Meet our staff! This is Ms. Moriah. She is Maple Grove's Coordinator. She recently graduated UCM with a degree in Graphic Design and a degree in Illustration. In her free time she likes to read anything fantasy-related, draw on her iPad, try out new yoga poses, or obsess over her dog. She's originally from Buckner but looks forward to seeing what's in store for her.Ms. Moriah would like to leave the kids with this quote from the late Robin Williams: "You will have bad times, but they will always wake you up to the stuff you weren't paying attention to." This is Ms. Carsyn. She is the lead mentor at Maple Grove, leading the 2nd grade group. She is currently a junior at UCM and is pursuing a degree in nursing, and will be starting at Saint Luke's School of Nursing in KC in January 2021.Her favorite color is orange, specifically the orange in a good sunset. In her free time, she likes to hang out with friends and family, watch movies, and read books. Her favorite book is, The Sun is Also a Star.Her favorite thing to do with the kids is play games outside like hide and seek. If she could leave the kids with anything it would be this: "The greatest healing therapy is friendship and love." This is Ms. Katlyn. She is the 1st grade mentor at Maple Grove. She is a freshman at UCM, and is pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education.Her favorite color is purple. and she has a cat named Lucy and a dog named Joan. In her free time she likes to go on walks and spend time with friends and family.Her favorite thing to do with the kids is play outside, and if she could leave them with anything, it would be this: "Always have fun and enjoy what you're doing!"
